How to Install the Events Calendar Theme Extension on Your Shopify Store

Follow these simple steps to add the Events Calendar theme extension to your Shopify store:

  1. Log In to Your Shopify Account
    First, ensure you're logged into your Shopify admin account.
  2. Navigate to the Online Store
    From your Shopify admin dashboard, click on Online Store in the sidebar menu. This will take you to your themes page.
  3. Edit Your Theme
    Find the theme you wish to edit and click on the Customize button. This opens the Shopify theme editor.
  4. Add the Extension
    In the theme editor sidebar, click on Add section. Scroll down to find the Events Calendar extension. It may be listed under Apps or a similar category. Click on it, then select Add.
  5. Specify Your Calendar ID
    In the Events Calendar extension settings within the theme editor, you'll see a field to enter your Calendar ID. Paste the ID you obtained from the Events Calendar app dashboard. This step is crucial for syncing your calendar with the extension.
  6. Save Your Changes
    Once you're satisfied with the setup, click Save in the top right corner of the theme editor to apply the extension to your live store.
