Zoom
To synchronize your Zoom Account with Events Calendar, follow these steps:
- Click the Connect button in your menu.
- In the Zoom block, click Connect or use the Add Account button (if other external calendars are already connected).
- Grant permission for us to access your Zoom account.
- In the meetings tab, select whether you wish to choose which meetings to display or to display all your meetings automatically. If you choose a recurring meeting – all the previous and future occurrences will be displayed.
- In the webinars tab, select whether you wish to choose which webinars to display or to display all your webinars automatically. If you choose a recurring webinar – all the previous and future occurrences will be displayed.
- Modify your meetings or webinar selection by clicking the Customize button in the Zoom Account header section. To disconnect your Zoom account (and all synced meetings and webinars), click the Disconnect button on the Zoom account header.
Opting for the choice to manually select which meetings or webinars to display requires you to specifically choose any new meetings or webinars you add to your Zoom account if you wish to have them appear on The Events Calendar.
You can customize the meeting link label displayed in the event header details.
Additionally, note that Events Calendar will adopt the default calendar color unless you choose to override it in the settings section using the toggle setting and color picker.
